Reservations

Reservation and payment conditions: Any kind of information is a free service Jarnatravel offers you. For any reservation we need a full payment of the required services. In order of many problems in the international credit card online-payments and regarding our very special online-rates, we can not accept credit cards. All payments are made via a money transfer to our international account, transfer costs on your debit.

Cancellation and Fees:When you made your payment, Jarnatravel garantize all requested services. Only in case of "act of God", political or civil major problems, making the requested service impossible, Jarnatravel has the right to refund the money, instead the service. Only services already payed to other companies, as air tickets and down payments, Jarnatravel refunds according to the rules of this companies.

Responsibility: The Tour operator and its agents act only as agents for passengers in all matters pertaining to  transportation, accommodations or other services. As agents, all tickets,  exchange orders or vouchers issued by them are subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such means of transportarion, accommodations or other services are offered or provided. The booking agent, airlines involved and  general agent will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay  or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any deficiency in any  vehicle furnished by any such other party, firm or corporation in carrying out,  or failing to carry out arrangements previously agreed upon, not for the  negligent misconduct of any such other party, firm or corporation in providing or failing to provide are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance. The  passenger contract is use by the airlines concerned when issued shall contitute  the sole contract between booking agent, airline general agent and the purchaser  of these and/or passengers.

If you cancel your paid services 3 weeks before, Jarnatravel charges US$ 100 per person. Rest will be payed back, transfer costs on your debit.
Between 3 to 1 week:there will be no refund for Galapagos and Landtours, Hotel rates will be payed back.
Within 1 - 7 days: no refund at all.
